Our plan for growth
Growth State is the Government of South Australia's plan for economic growth. It responds to the needs of industry and focuses on building South Australia as a place to invest, expand an existing business or create a new one. It provides a clear vision and a strong framework to develop and maintain momentum in economic reform and integrate the policies, programs and actions across the government to build a stronger, brighter future for South Australia.
We're committed to growing
The Government of South Australia has identified nine target sectors with strong growth prospects as an initial focus and is working closely with the sectors to develop ambitious growth targets, while identifying and removing barriers to growth. Businesses, researchers and other influencers across the sectors have been invited to share their ideas and thoughts on how to best ensure the growth of our state, resulting in the development of industry responsive sector strategies.
